Welcome to Grain Works Flooring (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and all flooring installation, refinishing, or related services (“Services”) provided by Grain Works Flooring. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates and Proposals

All project estimates or proposals provided by Grain Works Flooring are based on the information available at the time of inspection or inquiry.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • Any modifications to project scope, materials, or conditions may result in a revised estimate or additional costs (see Section 5, Change Orders).

2. Deposits and Payment Terms

To secure and schedule any flooring project:

  • A 50% deposit of the total proposed labor and/ or install amount plus 100% of the materials cost is required before work begins.

  • The remaining 50% balance, plus any approved change orders or additional charges, is due immediately upon project completion.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated directly by Grain Works Flooring. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest as permitted by law.

3. Scheduling and Project Timeline

All start and completion dates are estimates and may vary due to product availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to complete all work in a timely manner and will communicate any changes promptly.

Any request to modify materials, design, scope, or schedule after work has commenced must be submitted and approved in writing.

  • All change orders may affect the total cost and completion time.

  • Payment for approved changes will be added to the final invoice and collected upon project completion.
